Based in the idyllic Herefordshire countryside, the Helping Hand ‘family’ have been busy making inspirational and innovative products for over 60 years. The family has grown to over 180 strong committed to supporting you, our customer, with the highest quality products and services, anywhere in the world.
We take seriously the responsibility we all have in preserving our planet, including sustainability in the manufacturing process. Our facilities have expanded to over 100,000 sq.ft and include fabrication, injection moulding, vacuum forming, robotics & CNC machining – you’re welcome to come for a factory tour.
We know our products & services can change people’s every day life young or old. Our mission is simple, to deliver 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. If you like what we do, please tell others. If we need to do better, please tell us.
It is our privilege to share our knowledge and offer advice to those who may now know what they need. With expertise ranging from Night time positioning, Sitting, Standing or maintaining our independence to live at home for longer. NHS approved, working alongside Healthcare professionals to meet rehab goals, support body function, comfort and quality of living.
We are also very passionate about preserving our planet. A dedicated Environmental division, with expertise working together with Local authorities, waste contractors, environmental charities and a growing army of volunteers.
Our own in-house research & development team have a passion for solving problems and the perseverance it takes to bringing winning innovations.
