Delivery information from The Helping Hand Company
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days of ordering. If we are unable to do this we will always contact you to keep you updated with the status of your order. We use both Parcelforce and Royal Mail couriers. If you are not at home to accept your delivery, a card will be left and your delivery will be re-attempted the next working day. Parcel tracking is available on all orders, please give us a call on 01531 635 678 or email email@example.com with your order number and we can provide you with the relevant information. All items are sent in discreet packaging.
When choosing ‘Standard Delivery (Monday – Friday)’, your goods may not be dispatched on the same day but will aim to deliver before the estimated timeframe shown. Please see our shipping options below:
Standard UK Mainland & Northern Ireland Delivery (3-5 working days) for orders over £30 is free of charge*. Orders under £30 will incur a charge of £4.99*. Delivery will take 3-5 working days. *Delivery surcharge of £4.99 is applicable on toilet frames and wall mounted shower seats.
Express UK Mainland & Northern Ireland Delivery (1-2 working days) – £6.99. Please note your order must be placed before 2pm. If your order is placed on a weekend or a bank holiday, this will be processed the next working day. Subsequently, If you place your order on a Friday, the next working delivery day will be the Monday, (unless a bank holiday). We are unable offer a weekend delivery service.
Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) – £10.00, Delivery will take 3-5 working days
Republic of Ireland – £14.99, Delivery will take 3-5 working days
Stick Clip Packs only – £1.99. These are sent in a envelope and will be delivered by Royal Mail.
International Shipping Charges
We do offer shipping to countries outside the UK. Select your location on the shipping section on the checkout page where it will calculate your shipping based on your delivery address.

International Customs Charges
Post Brexit, orders being shipped to the EU from the UK may incur a separate customs fee. This fee is based upon the cost of the order and any handling costs incurred by your country’s customs. Once your order arrives in the country, customs or the carrier, may contact you for payment before the order can be released. Without payment, the order will be returned to us. In this instance, we will contact you to let you know this has happened.

Specific Delivery Instructions
If you have any specific delivery instructions you would like us to pass to the courier, please enter the details in the order notes box during the checkout process. We cannot guarantee the couriers will always be able to comply with your request but we will do our best to do so.
Please note: instructions to leave items without a signature are only accepted at the risk of the customer. We are not liable for items which go missing in these circumstances.
Can I collect my order from Head Office?
Yes you can – we have 2 sites you can collect from; either Ledbury or Hereford. We are open Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm. Please contact us first on 01531 635678 before you make your journey to check we have stock available.
