  30. Trudy Watts – Amazon Customer

Just What I Needed! – I was out walking my dog several months ago and had a nasty fall and broke my hip. I had hip pinning surgery and had not been able to have a bath ever since. It was difficult trying to get into the bath but it would have been impossible trying to get out again! This bath seat is wonderful! I can now have a bath and get out again by being very careful! The handles on the side of my bath make it much easier for me to pull myself up before getting out. I can even sit on the bottom of the bath to wash myself properly, then get back on the seat before getting out of the bath! I am very happy with my new bath seat and so glad I bought it!

  31. black knight – Amazon Customer

I can see that it is a sturdy seat and with excellent sucker strength. regrettably as my good lady still unable to bend her knees sufficiently we have been unable to put it to the real test. but have it ready for when she is able to use it.

  32. Kas647 – Amazon Customer

I needed a seat to be able to sit in the bath in a raised position and shower myself having broken my ankle. I can take the boot off whilst doing this. This has been brilliant. I want to be able to lower it gradually so that I can eventually get into the bath itself and bathe!
Do NOT buy the separate low stool and raising legs. This comes with all of them and is a far cheaper option.
When I no longer need it, it is being donated to a friend who has also broken her ankle!

  33. Faye – Amazon Customer

Definitely recommend easy to assemble suction is good to n easy to remove from bath. Easy for me to get out of the bath now. Worth the money not expensive.

  34. Ian Cowett

Great product which allows me to enjoy a bath

  35. Brian NB – Amazon Customer

I found the bath seat useful because it raised the body a little and helped getting out of the bath but also still low enough to carry out bathing and washing. Easy to assemble and quite strong. A good value option.

  36. Mrs Perfect

10 out of 10, No more worrying when taking a bath of slipping or not been able to get out

  37. V Jurra

  50. Gary Madden

Fabulous item! After having two knee replacements sitting in the bath has been a nightmare – this really helps. Little fiddly but worth it if you love a bath as I do!

  52. Mitchell

Good customer service, fast delivery and reasonable prices

  53. Mandy Lee

    I can now bath ALONE!
I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis, so getting out of the bath was extremely difficult.
I purchased this in order to be more independent. I did not need to add the extra legs as for my bath it was tall enough.
I will say, unless you have a deep bath, once sat on the stall, the water will only come up to your hips, this i did not mind as i was able to soak my legs in which i desperately needed. You will not be able to lay back and relax, this is solely for sitting in the bath to wash, and to enable you to get out yourself as you are not sitting low.

  54. Mrs M Scott

Bath seat enables me to bathe and help my 70 year old muscles. Excellent help and goods – keep going!

  55. Mrs M Scott

I am better able to have a shower/bath

  56. Alasdair Hudson

Great for those having difficulty getting up in the bath. Is better suited to wider baths than standard as it would sit more evenly. But all in all it works great.

Ordered a Kingfisher Bath Seat a couple of weeks ago for my mum – she lives in a 55+ living community and now her friend wants one too!

  62. Mrs R Dimauro

  64. Mrs C Higglesdon

    It has given me independence

  65. Mr Hillary

I can now bath with confidence – very happy! Good product, reasonable price, will recommend!

  66. T Yates

Feel safe to have a bath

  67. Andy

Much easier to get out of bath along with grab rail. The suctions could be better but overall does the trick.

  68. Keith Richardson

Whilst recovering, I can now sit in the bath rather than stand in the shower – a more leisurely experience

  69. R G Davies

Can bath on my own. No longer need help to get in/out

  70. Caroline McCord

I can now get out of the bath, whereas before I bought the bath seat it took as much as an hour

  71. Barbara Green

    no more bending down

  77. B Greenhalgh

My balance is very poor & Helping Hands are invaluable when I drop things. My first HH is at least 14 years old & going strong, The new ones have lovely handles

  78. Natalie Tal

Perfect for me. No longer able to sit in a bath as pregnant and this is a life saver for my showers. I prefer to sit and not risk slipping. The chair sticks very well to the floor, I can add elevation later with the extra legs.
And it’s a great price especially when conditions are temporary and you can’t spend much.
I wish all products were this good and affordable.

  79. GL – Amazon Customer

I have arthritis in my shouldders so have a lot of pain in them. Pushing or pulling myself up out of the bath puts a lot of strain in my shoulders causing a lot of pain. Using this bathseat has helped as I’m higher up,in the bath and I don’t have to push myself up as much. I used the seat without the height adjustments but I might try a slightly higher position next time. Depending on the type of bath you have, the suction feet may or may not attach to your bath. They don’t attach very well to my bath but I didn’t find that a problem because when sitting on the seat, your own bodyweight will stop it from moving around.

  80. natreay – Amazon Customer

This is ideal for my disabled sister-in-law, easy to assembled and with great suction doesn’t move when fitted in the bath good value, quick delivery

  81. Anthea – Amazon Customer

Easy to use, good suction and very easy to assemble.
Suitable for quick wash in Bath, you’re Unable to sit back in Bath and relax with it.

  82. Emma B

This is a god send, I can finally have a bath.
The seat is high enough for me to be able tom transfer from the edge of the bath onto the seat.
Suction is good – maybe a bit too good, as I took the seat out whilst I was in the bath the feet came away.
Only down side is that the seat is quite slippery when getting back out of the bath, I think I will place a small towel on it in future

  83. Shirley

It does exactly as described. I’ve got serious health issues so could only shower. Now with this I can get in and out of Bath unassisted after 3 years. Thank you

  84. Jackie Clark

Everything about it was brilliant. Not only for older people but would have used it with the children too

  85. Amazon Customer

Ordered this item as difficult for me to get up and down in Bath. This is brilliant as can easily sit on it and get out after bathing by myself. Recommend highly.
